Please share my thoughts and prayers with Clyde's family at this time of their loss. I worked briefly with Clyde last year in Speech Therapy, and I realized that he was very loving toward his family, loved his
ham radio friends and wanted to keep as active as long as he could in the face of ALS. He was an inspiration as he worked with me. Please know that I am thinking of that inspiration at this time of your sorrow.

Clyde and I had a lot of good times on the air with amateur radio. We met at local hamfests and went together to the Weigh Station in Idaho to see KB7DQH's Enterprise bus. Clyde W7USB will be missed.

Clyde was usually monitoring the 6m ham band during the summer Es season, and it was always a pleasure to chat with him when I would drive through the area. I know he spotted many 6m openings, and his contributions will be missed. It is really frightening, to see all these beloved VHF operators passing out of our ranks.
