You will be missed.  I didn't see you that often, but when I did you always brought a smile to my face.  And I will never forget when you played cars with my son, Joey.

Love you,
Lori

Caryle, So sorry to hear about Ken.  Now he and George can have some fun and maybe design another type of plane.  Take care of yourself and keep in touch.  Maybe down the line we can get together.
Love, Dottie

Dear Ken and Caryle,

We will always have such great memories of visiting you in Florida.  Ken was such a warm and talented man. We remember all the beautiful things he made, playing Mexican Train, and how kind he was.  We wish him everlasting peace and joy with God.

My memories of Ken/Dad: Oh, the laughter that you brought to us all! That will be missed. The funny remarks that came so quickly from your mouth. The silly jestures with your hands. The goofy looks you made with your eyes. All to make someone laugh.
Then there is the talent you possessed. That was incredible!
You were a gentleman with a gentle spirit.
Thanks for fathering my true love, Tim.
You were also a good husband to Mom/Caryle.
Thanks for the fun times, Dad. I will never forget you.

Surely you will be missed grandpa.  I remember visiting you for the last time & you telling that crazy old man in the nursing home to stop singing because it sounded terrible.  Me & Tim laughed for a long time about that one, that was funny.  I love you & will catch you on the "flipside."

So sorry for your loss, Caryle. Ken was quick-witted and deeply funny, and the world is worse off without him.

Love,

Tyler

I'll never forget that first day Ken and Caryle arrived in Idaho to stay. I was dropping the two of them off at my parents house where they had planned to stay for awhile, and I was going to go home. I was walking down the stairs, towards the front door and I said to them both, "I'll be back tomorrow." And Ken nonchalantly replied with, "Thanks for the warning."
Makes me smile every time I think about it.

Quick-witted, cheerful, warm hearted and truly funny.  You had the ability to spread joy and entice smiles from everyone in the room:  This I knew about you.  Creative, artistic, motivated and inspired from within:  This I've just learned about your life.  Enjoy your peace and don't forget to dance and sing under the falling aerosol air freshner.

Jeff

I met Ken and Caryle when I was a little girl about the age of 9.  Impressed by Kenny's beard and sax playing, Caryle's mini dress and white boots I thought my parents had found some really cool friends with 3 handsome sons to boot!  I enjoyed our little family get-together's and never realized until years later after my parents divorced how much I had grown to love them both. They weren't always around but they were a steady constant in and out of my life during those dreadful teen years and Kenny was nice enough to help out with some of those pre-driving lessions in his truck.  Thank God the man had a since of humor!  Not that Caryle was lacking mind you!

Ken and Caryle always had a good outlook, sence of adventure and positive attitude. They used to joke I was the daughter they never had and somehow I knew if things ever got really bad or if something should have happened to my mom I know they would have been the ones to have taken me in.  For this I will always be greatful to the two of them and the continued contact from Caryle over the years letting me know how they were both doing.  I know Caryle you will miss him greatly.  Ken was a brilliant man and the two of you were a SUPER POWER COUPLE in my book!  I love you both!  Gale
