Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2008, at the English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. Fourth Street, Coeur d'Alene. Burial will follow at the Coeur d'Alene Memorial Gardens in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
