I didn't get to see Aunt Ethel a lot during her life. I remember seeing her a few times when I was very young and then when she came to my Wedding in 94. Even though my physical memories of her are few. I remember her smile and that big hug she gave me when she walked into the Church that Saturday morning and hugged me so tight. My dad told me that I reminded him a lot of Ethel and she was the first one who called me in December of 08 after I wrote relatives that I had published a book. Even though she was sick and knew she didn't have long to live she was one of the first to go out and buy my book. I felt honored of how interested she was in my accomplishment. I know the end was difficult for her, but I know that she is now at peace and she'll be watching over us.

Ethel was the neatest person I have ever known in my life. Stacy and I always thought highly of her and enjoyed every visit that we had, either on the phone or in person. We will remember her always.
