Sandy,Bev, Darlene,
I'm sorry to hear Uncle Johnny passed away. Our family gets smaller once more.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I will always remember when you first
moved here, and for Christmas I made Uncle Johnny a quart jar of HOT dill
pickles, with only one pickle in the jar of cayenne peppers. I did it as a joke,
but he loved it. Stomach of iron!
Love,
Connie

Johnny was the "cool" uncle from California. Big voice, big
smile, and alwyas a pickup truck to envy for a young boy from Idaho. Had a
different set of stories about my divorced Grandfather and Grandmother than
those I heard from my mother.
Loved life and loved people, another missing piece in my life I will always
remember.

Dear Bev and Darlene and Sandy (who I have not met),
I was sorry to hear of Uncle Johnny's death; he was one of my two favorite
uncles! I always felt so welcomed when I stopped in to visit and loved hearing
another of Uncle Johnny's stories. He was always full of smiles and had a
cup of coffee to offer. Even though I did not get to visit home often, I
cherished the times when we were all able to be together....seems we both had
Dad's who smiled alot and made us feel loved. Take care, Nancy
