A memorial service will be held for Maxine at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Rathdrum, followed by a celebration of her life reception at the Twin Lakes Village Club House. Inurnment will be at the Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla, WA, next to her husband Don.

Maxine was a beautiful person inside and out.

Special thoughts are expressed at this time of loss to Maxine's family who she
thoroughly enjoyed and spoke so highly of. As a neighbor of Maxine's for the
past 4 years, I always enjoyed my visits with her and listening to her stories
of growing up in Kansas and about her family. She also enjoyed see Shadow who
loved to have her pet him and rub his back.
Maxine is truly missed.
