Bill was a wonderful neighbor. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and possessed a "can do" personality, especially when tractor work was needed. Bill will be greatly missed in our Rotchford Valley Acres neighborhood. Diane and I extend our heartfelt condolences to Tara and to their families.

Bill was a wonderful father and friend to me. He was kind to me as I dated his son Steve. He drove all the way to the north side of Spokane twice to plow out my driveway and my parents during the horrible snow storm last winter. When Steve and I were getting wood for the winter, he not only let us borrow his wonderful hydrolic trailer but he went out and helped load the wood as well.

He was a wonderful man and I miss him already. I had a great visit with him a few weeks ago and he always made me smile. My love and wishes go to his family and especially my dear friend Steve.
