I am very sorry that I can not be in Idaho for the service, but I send my thoughts, prayers and love to Jean and all the family.

Ed was my uncle, married to my dad's (Ray) sister. During the 2004 family reunion I truly enjoyed hearing his war stories and getting to know both him and Jean again.

I am sorry for your family's loss. I lived in Wolf Lodge as a child and was a member of Christy's 4-H group. I loved it that your father would spend one on one time with me after the meetings. He would share his insights of life and tell all sorts of things. I have enjoyed seeing him him the 4th of July parades in the years since. He will be missed.
