Suddenly
gone, and for those who knew and loved him, this is a tragic loss beyond
measure. As his father who held him in my arms, minutes after he was born,
I realized he was our bonus child from God. Although Jeremy was more of a
loner, he often would surprise us with a burst of enthusiasm and entertain
us with some new talent. He wasn’t always understood, but he brought joy
into the lives of anyone willing to see things from a different and fresh
perspective. Jeremy was very artistic. He was a writer, he sculptured, and
he was a natural musician. He amazed his older peers at 11 years old while
riding his skateboard and “dropped-in” on the professional-size
half-pipe I built for him and his brother, Timothy (and about 65 friends
they immediately acquired). Breakdancing was another passion of Jeremy’s
with which he dazzled crowds for a season. (I didn’t know a white boy
could dance like that, and this came from his mom, not me!) Gifted with a
photographic memory, Jeremy was bright with a passion to communicate. He
taught himself to speak Spanish and Japanese and was learning German. The Those of us who remain are his father and stepmother, Robert & Jeanne Marie McPherson of Cd’A; his mother, Mary Mullan of Nipomo, CA; his brother and nephew, Timothy and Elijah McPherson of Cd’A; his sister, Margy McPherson of San Diego, CA; his grandparents, Paul and Jean Mullan of Nipomo, CA; his uncle, Bill McPherson of Santa Maria, CA; his aunt and uncle, Beverly McPherson-Canfield and Orel Canfield and cousin, Deanna Canfield of Rocky Comfort, MO; his aunt, Barbara McPherson-Chabot of Denver, CO; his cousins, Stacy, Jason, Christopher, and Michelle; his uncle and aunt, Dan and Joyce McPherson and cousins, Jessica, Amanda, Jordan, and Olivia of Paso Robles, CA; his uncle and aunt, Mike and Virginia Mullan and cousins Paul and Michaelyn of Eureka, CA; his aunt and uncle, Patty Mullan-Diage and Bill Diage and cousins, Karly and Chelsea of Salmon, ID; scores of cousins in the South; and stepbrothers, Brandon & Philip Aldridge of Cd’A. A
gathering to remember our Jeremy Paul McPherson will be held on The
meeting is hosted by the
THE
TRULOMEO CREED 2.
Trulomeo also means “Sacred Romantic Clown” or “Romantic
Clowning Monk”. I am a monk for true love who is sacredly and
spiritually romantic for just one woman for the bonds of holy matrimony,
along with being a very funny and clowning individual of comedy as well. I
spread good will and good cheer in the service of the Lord, all the while
remaining always a holy temple for God's service and for the woman I am to
be with in Christ. With all manner of self-control and the fruit of God's
Spirit as His Spirit so abundantly dwells inside of me. 3.
Trulomeo is made up of three adjoining parts. As Trulomeo I am one part
“Clown” one part “Romantic” and one part “Monk” all in Christ.
As clown, I
offer one who is funny, witty, spontaneous, adventurous entertaining,
creative, always fun to be around, and just really able to brighten up
one's day, especially that one very special lady that I will be marrying
for my one and only wife. As romantic, I am one who is very poetic,
charming, attentive, gallant, honorable, and chivalrous, with a very warm
heart, prepared to love just one woman ever so sweetly all the time, for
the rest of my days. As monk, I am reverent, sacred, respectful, wise,
patient, godly, and spiritually mature, not regarding that that one who
shall be my wife and soul-mate as some mere object to fulfill personal
desire, but rather regarding her as a most precious and special gift from
God, a gem and angel to always honor, love, and cherish as a monument of
beauty in a love relationship filled with and guided continuously by the
light and love of Christ. 4.
God has made me into this vessel called Trulomeo, so that I might
be a most positive and uplifting witness, model and helper for all my
people as a clowning romantic vessel of holiness in Christ, so that they
may be helped to lead more wholesome lives concerning the relationship
that is between both man and woman, husband and wife, instead of
continuing on in the debauchery and ravaged forms of relationships which
continue to bring much sorrow and emptiness to many still in this very
troubled present day and age. I am therefore called to be called by this
very name of Trulomeo and thereby live up to the meaning of Trulomeo,
always to the absolute full. All unto the glory and service of God in His
great love for mankind. Amen. Oh
yeah! Now try putting that one in the personals! |

Jeremy, I did not know you but after speaking with your Dad, I realize you must
of been a truly remarkable man. I'd like to express my condolences to all
of your family and I will be praying that the wound of your loss heals with
God's grace and in His time. There is not pain like loosing a child, so
I've been told. I don't even want to imagine it. Just know that our
hearts and prayers are with you and, as you, we definitely believe that you will
be reunited again in the presence of our Lord.

I can't even imagine what your thoughts are at this news, news that no parent
ever wants to receive. I know that your steadfast belief in our savior will help
pull you through this. We as mere humans cannot comprehend God's need for your
son but I'm sure he (your son) is bringing laughter to the heavens. I'm praying
for you my friend.

Robert and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I had seen Jeremy several times in
our office and he was always smiling. He had one of those smiles that you
couldn't help but smile back at. This is such a tragic loss. Please
be comforted knowing that Jeremy is in the hands of the lord. God bless

I want to extend my heartfelt sympathy to you in your great loss. I didn't
even know Jeremy's name, but he would come down to the Cd'A Resort, where I
worked, and he was always dressed differently or had a clown nose on. I
never understood why. He was always very pleasant and we shared a brief
conversation one time where it was obvious that he was a bright young man who
enjoyed his life. We talked about juggling and he said he was going to NIC
for a juggling exhibition. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are
with Jeremy and your family. I have three sons of my own, and I'm sure I
can't begin to comprehend your loss.

Brother Bob;
I am truely saddened with you in the temporal seperation with your
son. I hadn't heard your name in many years when my girlfriend, Amber
Heath, gave me the news just now through her dad. She thought I may know
you since I knew her dad before she was born.
As you have experienced over the course of time in this life, God's
Grace is far more than just sufficient . . . it's ALL ENCLUSIVE! We all
stumble, and make mistakes we wish we could erase, we even do stupid things
willingly we cannot undue. But God in His infinite GRACE forgives and
forgets (even when we can't) because of what His Son has done for us (over and
over, with out end). You know we do not deserve that, in fact we don't get
what we truely deserve which is also because of Him. GOD'S GRACE
EXCEEDINGLY SURPASSES "sufficient."
What I intend most to say here is how true and how comforting it is
to know that nothhing can seperate us from the love of God, and no advasary of
God has power enough to snatch us from HIS hand.
May God comfort you during this short time from your beloved son
Jeremy, and bring you the peace that HIS Grace and Love is sufficient to to hold
you all until that glorious day when we see Him face to face.
Love and prayers from Vernon and Amber

Dear Bob and Jeanie,
I read the wonderful obituary of Jeremy's in the paper. I read it to Shanna and
we were so moved, but not until today did I realize that Jeremy was yours. How
saddened our hearts are for such a loss; at the same time, I thrill that you
have little doubt as to where he is at this moment.
Bless you in this time of grieving and healing.
Our love,

We are so saddened by the news about Jeremy. As parents, Ray and I cannot
even begin to imagine your pain. Mary, we remember what a joyful spirit
you brought to the family when the kids were little and how much you loved each
of them. Bob, we remember what a caring and loving Dad you were to your
kids and we know that you conveyed that to Jeremy and you were also a strong
God-loving role model for him. The picture of Jeremy when he was a little
boy with the wide-eyed innocent look made me smile as I remembered him singing
his heart out when he was in Sonshine Singers. We are sorry for your loss,
and pray that God will comfort each of you as you mourn Jeremy's loss.
And to Tim and Margy and Jesremy's step-siblings as well as his step-mom, we
offer our condolences and prayers for the family to remain strong as they
comfort each other.
You remain in our prayers,
Ray and Kathy Heath
