"Hi--my name is Henry and if you can't remember that just think of the
candy bar "O-Henry" said a voice in a gray pickup as we walked our
recently purchased lot in Leisure Park one day in 1999. And so we met
Henry Komosinski who would become both a good neighbor and friend. Henry
guarded the neighborhood from his vantage point in the living room checking
nightly to make certain everyone had closed their garage door. On
occasion, I would forget to close mine and he took great delight in calling me
later in the evening to tell me about it! I tried my very best to catch
him doing the same but he wouldn't allow that to happen! Henry was never
one to lose at anything! Anyone who has visited Henry's home knows that he
has a flagpole and flys the American flag proudly. You will also see that
most of the surrounding neighbors have the same. Guess who initiated
that??
Jay and Cheryl--hold on to your memories as the days go by and remember always
that your Dad was a unique person. He was fiercly independent, strong in
character and belief, honest and loyal to any cause he believed in.
We will miss our nieghbor and friend.

God tells us in John3:16 "For God so loved the world (us)that He gave his
only begotten Son (Jesus) that whosoever (Your name here - Uncle Hank) believes
in Him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life."
John 14:1, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God."
John 11:25 Jesus said: "I am the resurrection and the life, he that
believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live."
This past year or so, many of us have received cards from Uncle Hank, Henry.
Recently, the cards he sent became more spiritual in nature. Praise God for his
comfort and guidance to Uncle Hank during his final time here on earth.
Cheri and Jay may you both be comforted by this same God who is indeed the
"Blessed Controller in our Lives".
I am with you all in spirt if not in the flesh today.
Love, Susi

We want Hank's family to know how much so many of us appreciated all of Hank's
good work with the scouts and all young people. His energy was wonderful
and his service to his community and to the city of Cd'A was great. He
seemed gruff, but was so friendly and helpful and just thinking of him brings a
smile to our faces.
We are sorry for your loss, but know that you cherish many wonderful memories of
Hank. Bless you all!

Please know that you have our deepest sympathy. Henry became a dear friend
at the golf cart store and enjoyed visiting with us often. He shared his
many recipies and stories with us and we will miss him dearly.
He always shared his faith and was not afraid to share his opinions as well.
We have lost a good friend but his memory will never be lost.
God Bless

Hank taught me a lesson many years ago that has always stuck with me. Sometime
during my Scouting years, when Hank was one of our Troop advisors, a situation
happened where a mistake was made, and I was mistakenly blamed for it. I don't
even remember what the issue was now. All I remember is that whatever went
wrong, I didn't do it. Hank was one of the people who was convinced I was
involved, and he counciled me about how he was dissapointed in me. Later on, it
was shown that I hadn't done anything wrong, as I'd claimed all along. Hank was
the first one to seek me out and apoligize. Nothing fancy, just a sincere, man
to man "I'm sorry Kevin, I was wrong about you." I remember that,
because as a young teenager at the time, it was the first time any adult outside
my family sincerely apoligized to me. Hank was a city councilman at the time, an
important member of the community, and an adult that I looked up to. This simple
and honest act taught me that any man, no matter what status or authority he
has, should always be man enough to admit a mistake and apoligize. An easy rule
to remember, but hard for many to live by. Thanks Hank, you made a difference in
the world with your life.
