I am so sorry to hear of yor loss. I knew Annalisa through my mother Carolyn (Stowell) Founds. Annalisa always had a smile and a story, not to mention that red hair! She was perhaps one of the sweetest people that I have ever had the pleasure to meet and know. I moved from Spirit Lake in the 90's and didn't get to see much of her after that, but when I did she always had a hug and a smile for me. She was a positive community presence that will be greatly missed!

Dear Sweet Annalisa ~ I will miss seeing you all around!

Annalisa was my neighbor for almost 9 years in Spirit Lake. I moved before she did, but I still saw her as she was all over the place! She loved to walk on endless walks all through the back part of town in the low hills and by the lake. She worked so hard at the school and all the kids and teachers loved her. She kept that place shining! She was a wonderful woman and I especially loved to hear her singing her heart out when she would play her German records. What a sweetheart. The thought of her will always make me smile. She will be missed. Judie Whitaker

My family will miss seeing Annalisa everyday when she walked to the grocery store. We worried about her walking sometimes but she rarely wanted a ride home, unless it was really icy. She was a very sweet VERY determined little lady.
