Marilyn's generous heart, warm smile, good cooking, and sense of humor was a
blessing to my family in the brief time we knew her. And I would imagine we saw
only the tip of the iceberg of these gifts, compared to the blessings she
showered to Terry, Kevin, Stephanie, and the family during her time here. And I
do believe these gifts live on through all who she touched while on Earth.

You have our deepest of sympathy. Marilyn has been an important part of our
lives for many years now and she will never be forgotten. She always treated us
like family.
There was never any doubt how much she truely cared for and loved each and every
one of you. You were all number one in her life and I hope that even thru this
grievious time you remember that. She will always be a part of each of you.
Please know we are always here for you and you are in our prayers.

Marilyn was a long-time member of an international online bookgroup, of which I
am a member. Marilyn was one of the first members to join our weekly
Saturday live chats, usually the first to get there, and she always added an
element of fun to our games. Many times late at night she would see my IM
light go on and send me a quick message. I will miss Marilyn very much, so
I'm sure her family will miss her far more. It was a pleasure knowing
Marilyn. I send my sympathies to her family.

Marilyn and I got acquainted through our online book group, and exchanged
messages often. From talking to her over the past several years, I came to
know her as a generous and positive person. My heart goes out to her
family.

I was so sad to hear about Marilyn's passing so quickly. She was a
totally wonderful presence in our online reading group. She'll be greatly
missed.

For The Smith Family
We have no correct words to express our sadness when were told of
Marilyn's passing, we simply couldn't believe the news. She was a dear
friend and wonderful person. We will miss the fun times we all shared,
especially those "breakfast meals with Richard and her arguing over who got
the banana!" Terry & family we're here for you if you need us...always.

& Love too from Jayneen Edwards

I knew Marilyn from the Bookgroup. On this group I
was once her swap partner and I enjoyed getting to know you all a bit more
through her descriptions. She loved
you all dearly and she loved where she lived.
I am sorry for your loss and know that you will keep her alive in your memories.

I was so sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. I'm a member of her online
book club, and I always enjoyed reading Marilyn's outlook from "beautiful
Northern Idaho" as she always signed off.

To Marilyn's family:
Marilyn was one of those few women I enjoy chatting with online. She was a good
friend and yet we had never met in person. She will be missed.
My heart goes out to all of you at this time.

Years ago, Marilyn was a big part of my life. When she was first born, I helped
my Aunt Cecilia bathe her faithfully every morning. We lived next door and
I was about 4 years old. When her family moved to Coeur d'Alene, she remained my
favorit cousin and play mate. Even though I have not seen much of her over
the years it has not faded the major role she played in my life. I hope you find
some comfort in knowing how much she was loved by others and that so many feel
your great loss.

Marilyn was a respected member of our online bookgroup. I often chatted with her
over the years, and always enjoyed it. She was always interested in whatever was
going on in our lives downunder, and tremendously proud of her family and
her "beautiful North Idaho". She'll be missed by her bookgroup friends
around the world. Our thoughts and sympathies are with her family and friends at
this very difficult time.

I apologise for being late. I am another one who knew Marilyn through her
on-line bookgroup and was one of the small group who shared time with her in our
weekly chat sessions. She was known for her signature "Marilyn in beautiful
North Idaho". She was a one woman tourist promo for Idaho. Her posts became
infrequent in the last few years and we missed her lovely friendly messages. My
sympathies to all her family - you have lost a treasure.
