Roberta F. Weeks Funeral Mass Roberta F. (Wachsmuth) Weeks, 87, was Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Mrs. Weeks, who was born in Kalispell, Mont., died Friday. She grew up in Coeur d'Alene and graduated from high school at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy. She then married Richard Weeks in 1937 and lived in Brewster, Wash., until returning to Coeur d'Alene in 1977. Mrs. Weeks was a homemaker and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church; the Catholic Daughters of America, Coeur d'Alene chapter; the Altar Society; and bowling leagues in Brewster. Her husband died earlier. Survivors include four children, Richard Weeks of Spokane Valley, Dave Weeks of Coeur d'Alene and Tom and Janel Weeks, both of Spokane; a brother, Gib Wachsmuth of Coeur d'Alene; and eight grandchildren.

She was a very sweet woman and loved her kids and wanted all of them to take
music lessons. I thought it was very remarkable that the kids took care of parts
of the funeral. She would have been very thankful for the kids paying a
respect for her by doing their part in the funeral. Yola Mayfield
