Laura Collins

February 27, 1937 ~ May 15, 2003

Visitation was Saturday and Monday. Funeral services were 4:00 P.M. Monday May 19, 2003, at the English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Laura F. Collins, 66, Bayview, passed Thursday, May 15, 2003, at home.

She was born February 12, 1937, to Marguerite (Taylor) and Charles F. Cline in Pomeroy, WA, and was raised in Lewiston. In 1952, Laura married Carrol Collins in Pomeroy. They moved to Bayview in the early 70s. Laura worked for several years at Kelly's Home Care in Spokane.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and needlework.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law Will and Connie Collins, Chris Collins, all of Bayview, Terry and Linda Collins, Westport, WA.; daughters Margurite Durr, Bayview, Amy Collins, Post Falls, Lorrie Collins, Kennewick, WA.; brother Charles Cline, sister Nellie Kosoff, mother Marguerite Taylor, all of Lewiston; 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Laura was preceded in death by her father Charles in 1982, husband Carrol in 1997 and granddaughter Carol in 1975.

Through the years, from our childhood gatherings at the grandparents home, to our young adult years of rearing our children, and on to being adults, she was always a supportive and friendly person.
