Angela Joyce Mills

Angela Joyce Cain Mills died April 26,2026 surrounded by her family. 

She was born February 21, 1942 in McIntosh South Dakota to Jessie Milton Cain and Edith Irene McGregor-Cain. Her family moved to Coeur d'Alene, ID.

 in 1949, Angie Married Sherrild Mills Oct 6, 1958 - 2004 in CDA Idaho. They have three children, Sheri and Larry Farr Pullman, WA, Jeanni and Mark Mellor Duncan, BC and Greg and Lynda Mills CDA, which has given her 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, and, 3 Great great grandchildren. 

Angie married Gary Cochran in 2005 until his death in 2018.

Angie is predeceased by her parents and all of her brothers; Keith, Ivan, Mac, Lyle, Larry. Sisters; Ellen Marie, VernaMae, and Mercedes. Grandchildren; Tracey Todd, and Joshua Mellor and many nieces and nephews.

Survived by her sisters Bonnie Jean ,Audrey, and Chic.

Angie worked as a Kirby vacuum repair person and sales, running the fountain counter at Woolworth, a cook and waitress at many local restaurants, she was a seamstress at Grace Halls dress shop, and others. Angie worked in realestate sales/broker. A 4-H leader, a member of Mica Grange and was known as the pie lady at North Idaho Fair, was active and involved with neighborhood kids. Angie enjoyed water skiing, camping, snowmobiling, traveling, doing multiple crafts and loved to sew.

Visitation will be from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. Thursday April 30, 2026, at the English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene, ID.  Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday May 1, 2026, at the Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene, ID.  A celebration of her life will be 1:00 P.M. Firday May 1, 2026, at the Mica Flats Grange Hall in Coeur d'Alene, ID, with a recption to follow.
