Barbara Kay Loutzenhiser Goggins

Our beloved Barbara joined her angels on September 18, 2023 at Kootenai Health. She is survived by her Husband of 38 years, Tim Goggins. Son Andy Goggins and spouse Ericka Swenson, Daughter Julie Harper and spouse Travis Harper, grandchildren Lillyann (Ace) Harper and Coleton Harper.

Barbara was born Dec 26, 1956 to Loyd and Beatrice Loutzenhiser. She joins her older brother Clifford, younger brother Vernon, and parents in the great beyond. Barb was a family oriented person from her youngest years, always preparing meals and keeping up on all the things a growing household would need. Barbara graduated from Coeur d’ Alene High School in 1976, and was always a proud Viking! While working at Marcus Daly hospital in Hamilton MT, she met her lifelong love, Tim Goggins. Barbara and Tim were married April 20, 1985 in Coeur d’ Alene.

Barb was a passionate lover of nature, annually planting and cultivating beautiful flowers, decorating her back yard, and enjoying crafting projects with her grandchildren. She was a gifted seamstress, crafting many quilts for family and friends. As an avid lover of Christmas time, she spent many hours decorating her home while creating and planning the most elaborate Christmas Ornament Parties. Barbara’s deep dedication to family and friends was evident in all she did, and the thing that made her most happy was time enjoyed with those she loved. As a deeply spiritual person, Barbara was a knowledgeable energy healer and
teacher, and provided many people with comfort by giving Angel Readings and providing support through her Angel Team. Barbara was a dedicated Lightworker, one of those designed to bring happiness, balance and joy to the world and she provided this to all she interacted with.

 A memorial service will be held Sat. September 30th 3pm, at English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. 4th st, Coeur d’ Alene, with a reception following at the Club House at Sun Aire Estates 695 Wyoming Ave. in Hayden, following the ceremony.
