B. Dale Lloyd

B. Dale Lloyd died July 10, 2020 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He was eighty-two years old. He is preceded in death by his parents, Burtis and Lora and his wife Karoline. Dale is survived by son Kevin of Post Falls, ID, daughter Sheri of CA, and son David and wife Teresa along with grandchildren, Thaddeus and Desmond of Post Falls, ID, and sisters Joyce Evans and Jane Pate from TX.

Throughout his life, Dale had a love for music, especially Jazz and classical. In his youth, Dale played the trumpet and became so successful, he was part of the Tyler Symphony Orchestra, now called East Texas Symphony Orchestra.

After living and working in California for over forty years, Dale and Karoline retired and moved to Post Falls, ID to be with their grandchildren.

Dale became a volunteer with a number of local organizations and used his skills and talents to help out his church. He loved the great outdoors and all the Pacific Northwest had to offer. In 2009, Dale rode the famous Hiawatha bike trial with Sheri, David, daughter in law Teresa and grandsons in tow.

He was loved by those who knew him, and will be greatly missed by all. In Dale’s own words whenever asked how he was, his reply was always the same, “Life is Good”.

Dale, rest in peace with your beloved Karoline.
