Diana Jo Paterson August 07, 1945, Hannibal Missouri 

With great sadness we announce Diana’s passing in Hayden, Idaho March 05, 2022  due to heart failure. 

Diana treasured her family embracing daughter Amanda Beamesderfer, son-in law Jon, in laws Terry & Roberta Jurgensen and family, and Mimi ‘s beloved grandchildren Madison, Preston and Scarlett. She had a special spot in her heart for Brandon & Tawnie Pagano, their children and parents who over the years became part of her family whom she loved and was loved back. 

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend to many, Beauty Salon owner and hairdresser. She loved sitting outdoors in the spring enjoying the birds, squirrels and passerby’s walking their dogs stopping for a chat over the fence. Her love of dogs & cats inspired her to collect blankets all year long donating them to Kootenai Animal Shelter keeping the animals comfortable and warm.  

She will be remembered as a woman of strength who overcame surgeries, fought, and beat cancer numerous times to go on and live a full life. She was very creative sharing her love of flowers and crafts with others by making stunning arrangements, beautiful bows, and creating lovely decorations for many events all year long for family and friends. She loved playing Bunco for over 30 years with the ladies in California resulting in lifelong friendships. After relocating to Idaho Diana continued to play Bunco enjoying a group of ladies with her daughter, friends, and family.
