Donald Duane Judd
Donald Duane Judd, age 77, joined his Heavenly Father on January 3rd, 2024, in Post Falls, Idaho. Born May 27, 1946 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Don graduated from CdA highschool and obtained his AS degree from North Idaho College. In 1967 he married Sharon Diane Nulph and within 18 months they made Post Falls their home.
Don began his professional career at Bovay Engineering in Spokane, Washington and joined General Telephone and Electronics Corporation in the late 1960s. Don completed his BS degree at Lewis and Clark State College and ultimately retired from GTE after over 30 years of service and several rolls within the company including Engineering and Construction Manager for GTE Northwest, Inc.
Don was a member of the Post Falls School District board of trustees and the T.E.S.H board. Most importantly, Don was a member of multiple local church boards, nearly always in the capacity of Treasurer. This was his Forte and allowed him to serve the Lord in his area of expertise.
Don enjoyed and loved his family, the outdoors, motorcycles, especially his Harley Davidson, working on anything mechanical, the ocean and camping with family.
Don is survived by his loving wife of over 56 years, Sharon, son David Judd, daughter LeAnne (Christopher) Tope, his mother Patricia Judd, brother Jack (Julie) Judd, sister Audrey (Steve) Forsberg, family members, including nephew Dennis Stinebaugh, and long time friends.
