Edwin "Gerry" Foisy

Edwin “Gerry” Foisy, 77, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho passed away Tuesday September 12th, 2023 at Ivy Court Nursing Home. He was born March 6th, 1946 to Margie and Edwin Foisy of Spokane, Washington.

Gerry grew up in Deer Park Washington and lived on a dairy farm. He later moved to Spokane, then to California, then back to Spokane to work for Thrifty Auto. Gerry eventually moved to Hayden Idaho to manage Thrify Auto, and met his wife. He later worked for TRW and eventually retired with Federal Mogul as an outside sales rep.

Gerry loved anything and everything car related. Whether they were race cars, show cars, or muscle cars. He loved building and working on engines. You could never attend a function without him running into someone he knew.

He is survived by his wife Robyne, daughter Jennifer and son in law Kasey, three grandchildren; Malia,
Madden, Mikyla as well as extended family.

Please bring your classic car in tribute to his Memorial Service at English Funeral Chapel Saturday, September 23 at 10am with a reception to follow.
