Glenn B. Redekop, beloved father born February 11, 1932 in Chinook, Montana passed away peacefully at The Lodge in Post Falls, Idaho.
Glenn was married to Montine Redekop for 30 years until she passed away in 1995.
He served in the US Army for two years. Glenn retired as an Engineer on the Union Pacific Railroad in Walla Walla, Washington.
Glenn will be remembered for his kindness to others, for making people laugh, for playing the harmonica, stories of his hiking, picking huckleberries, and fishing days. He was a lover of the famous Twinkie and a cup of coffee.
Glenn will be missed by many whose lives he touched. Glenn leaves behind his two daughters Diana Gann (Gary) of Post Falls and Angela Sieverding (Larry) of Coeur d'Alene. Four grandsons Brandon, Justin, Joseph, and Jacob. Three great-grandsons Wyatt. Emmett and Weston. One great-granddaughter, Paityn. Also, two sisters Marion McQuire (Arizona) Joan Butler (New Mexico), and two brothers Dale Murphy and Pete Smith (Idaho) as well as many nieces and nephews.
A private family Celebration will be held.
