Heather L. Beck

Heather Lynn Beck 3/5/1947 - 8/10/2022 of Coeur d’Alene, ID Heather Lynn Beck, our loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Nanny and dear friend, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, surrounded by family and friends.

Heather was born in Walsall England in 1947 and moved to the States in 1953 with her parents and sister.

She grew up in the San Jose Calif area, and had her daughter Wendy Danielle in 1967.

In 1977, Heather and her daughter Wendy moved to Idaho, where she would reside until her passing.

In 1990, she met the love of her life, Bruce Beck. They were married in 1991. Bruce had two daughters that mom loved and adored like her own. Heather and Bruce cherished one another for 31 years.

Heather enjoyed spending her time doing everything with her loving husband, Bruce. They were truly two peas in a pod. They loved just “being” together and spoiling their kitties. She adored her grandsons, Brock and Blake and enjoyed watching her Great Grandkids often throughout the years.

Mom always had a great, positive attitude, she was funny, loving, giving and was one of the strongest women we’ve ever known. When diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2021 - she handled it like a champ.

She was an amazing person and a loving friend to so many. She was always there with a smile and a hug for others, regardless of what she was facing herself. She had this gift of always being supportive with no judgement no matter what the circumstance may have been.

I was honored to not just call her my mother, but my best friend. Daily conversations for years will be and are already so very missed. She would always bring a smile to my face and laughter to my heart. She was my “go to” person in good times and in bad. The endless laughs we shared will be treasured forever.

Heaven gained a beautiful Angel when you left us, but we are all left with such an aching hole in our hearts. We love you!

Heather is survived by her husband Bruce Beck of Cda, Idaho, daughter Wendy Schaefer (Robert) of Kaysville, UT, step-daughters Alana Beck of Seattle, WA & Tiffanie Beck of Austin TX. Her sister Suzanne Mestressat, (Al) of San Jose, CA & Grandsons Brock Bircher (Alishia Bruner) Kellogg ID and Blake Walker of Kaysville UT, Great Grandchildren - Kendyl, Bentley, Easton & Ramsey Bircher. Her cousin Gary Liggett (Sue) of Pattingham England, nephew Jeff Alesse, Vista, CA as well as her lifetime friends, Marie, Joelle and LuMarie
