Iris C. Walker-

Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed peacefully on May 3rd, 2020.

She was fiercely independent and if she could, she would live “off the grid”. She was always full of surprises and so very intelligent and talented. Raising children alone was not easy and she made adventures for us at home the “norm”. Her creativity inspired many people. She loved Denver and always wanted to go back.

Her love for animals made her a magnet, attracting baby kittens and saving them along the way.

Bon Voyage Mom on your new adventure.

You will be missed beyond words. Gone, but never forgotten from all whose lives were touched by you. There are many waiting for you especially over the rainbow bridge. Love you with all my heart.
