Janet R. West

Janet Rae West, age 74, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 19, 1951, Janet was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a deep love of crafting and spending time with her family. In earlier years, she especially enjoyed fishing trips with her parents, her son, and later with her grandchildren—creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

She was the proud mother of Chris West, the cherished grandmother of Alyx, Calli, and Teagyn, and the loving great-grandmother of Kiara, Zackery, and Kayden. Janet was also a devoted sister to Ginny and Steve.

She is remembered with love by her family and all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for the kindness, creativity, and joy she brought into the lives of those around her. Her memory will live on in those she cared for and in the many moments of love she shared.
