Jerry Franks

In Loving Memory Jerry Michael Franks 

Jerry Franks 70, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away on January 9^th, 2024. Jerry  was born in Chewelah, Washington on September 2^nd, 1953 to parents Emory &  Eleanor Franks. 

Jerry married Teresia on November 22^nd, 1997 and they raised four children  together. Jerry adopted two of the children. 

Jerry enjoyed spending time with his children, working in the yard, going for  long drives, hunting, ice fishing, and spending time with his fur babies Eclipse  and Achilles. 

Jerry had a great sense of humor. He loved getting to know people, and  spending time with family and friends. He especially loved yelling at the TV  while watching his sports teams. The LA Lakers, LA Rams, and LA Dodgers. 

Jerry joined the Navy to fight for our freedom on December 29^th, 1971. He  served on the USS Okinawa off the coast of Vietnam. 

Jerry is survived by his wife Teresia of Post Falls, his sons Skyler of Boise,  Jairred of Post Falls, his stepson Nathaniel Norman of Coeur d’ Alene, and  stepdaughter & husband Crystal & Shaun Brett of Newman Lake,  grandchildren Amberlie, Grayson, and Creston, as well as his sister Janice Coe  of Post Falls, brother Joe Franks of Post Falls, and many nieces, and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, and brother. 

Jerry will be dearly missed especially by his wife, and children, and everyone  who knew him.
