On February 15, 2024, at the age of 81, Judy Ruth Siebert peacefully journeyed home to be with her Savior, Jesus. Born on January 22, 1943, in Branson, Missouri to Roy and Ruth Reding, she leaves behind a legacy of love. Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Jack, with whom she shared nearly 60 years of marriage. She is also survived by her five cherished children: Kathy Maier (LaRoux) of Colville, Washington; Greg Siebert (Vanessa) of Mukilteo, Washington; Shannon Smith (Derick) of Post Falls, Idaho; Jeremy Siebert (Lisbet) of Skien, Norway; and Susan Voigt (Eric) of Post Falls, Idaho. Additionally, she is remembered by her 16 adoring grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. An extrovert with a remarkable gift for connecting with people, Judy cultivated numerous friendships throughout her life. Her genuine kindness, compassion, and love endeared her to many. Among her greatest joys was the role of a devoted mother, relishing precious moments spent with her family. For four decades on Whidbey Island, she dedicated herself to Christian service, notably volunteering at South Whidbey Assembly of God. Judy found fulfillment in serving on the worship team, teaching women's groups, contributing to the women's ministry, and leading a group for young mothers. Above all, Judy was a woman of unwavering faith. She found great fulfillment in reading and highlighting in her Bibles and filling spiral notebooks with insightful notes about her Savior. Today, her deep faith has transitioned from belief to sight, leaving an enduring legacy of spiritual devotion. A celebration of life service will be held at Gateway Assembly of God, in Kettle Falls, Washington on Friday February 23rd, at 2:00PM.
