Lawrence Lee Whitaker
Lawrence (Lonnie) Lee Whitaker (69) Post Falls, Idaho resident passed away peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family on July 10th 2022.
Lonnie was born on September 10, 1952, to Edward and Geraldine (Jackson) Whitaker, in Burbank, CA.
Lonnie is survived by his children, Shannon (Bob) Nearing, Lanny (Cindy) Neipert, Tamara (Jeff) Collingwood, Leann Molnar/ Jim Jordan and Jim Birkeland. Siblings, Linda Gaither and Daniel Whitaker.
Lonnie had numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, the love of his life Kathleen and their dog, Sadie.
Lonnie enjoyed fishing and taking trips to the Oregon/California coast and spending time with his family.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, July 14th. in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Auburn Crest Hospice. 1221 W. Ironwood Dr . #102
