Loretta Irene Harris

Loretta Irene Harris (Hiller), age 98, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho passed away peacefully on June 9 th , 2025 from natural causes at Country Comfort Residential Care & Assisted Living in Coeur d’Alene.

She was born on March 23, 1927 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to parents Emil and Velma Hiller. She spent her early childhood with her parents and sister Darlene Handley (Hiller) in California, then married her husband Harold Harris in 1949, who has since passed.

Loretta is survived by her two sons – Steven and Greg (Hind) Harris of Coeur d’Alene; two grandchildren, Kristen Harris of Rathdrum, ID, and Anthony Harris of San Diego, CA; and two step-grandchildren, Kristen McGough of Hayden, ID, and Amanda Raie of Denver, CO.

The family would like to thank Country Comfort Residential Care & Assisted Living for their wonderful care.

At the request of Loretta, only a private family gravesite service will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Coeur d’Alene, ID.
