Nicholas Theodore Dyer

Nicholas Theodore Dyer, age 74, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026.

Nicholas, better known as Micky, was born on June 10, 1952, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Nicholas H. Dyer and Marjorie L. Dyer Jessick. He eventually made his home in Coeur d’Alene, where he graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1971. Micky later worked as a factory machinist in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was known for his good sense of humor, kind heart, and the warmth he shared with those around him.

Micky had a lifelong appreciation for cars, especially classic and muscle cars. His favorite was the Camaro, and he was proud to own one himself. He also enjoyed camping and spending time reading his Bible.

Micky is survived by his daughter, Dezeree Young; his siblings, Linda Hopkins, Lanny Dyer, Bobette Bisher, and Tawnya Dyer; and his four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas H. Dyer, and his mother, Marjorie Dyer Jessick.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a hospice organization in Nicholas Dyer’s memory.
