Renee was born in Spokane, Washington to Ray and Mary Alice (Phillips) Loiselle.

She attended Elementary School at St. Aloysius Catholic School and graduated High School in 1968 at Lewis and Clark High School.

Renee attended Spokane Falls Community College for 2 years.

She was married in 1971 to Howard Lytle (50 years).

They had two children son, Jeremy, who has proceeded her in death, and daughter, Amber, who lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

She has one grandson, Kesler.  She has two sisters, Sylvia Germac of Spokane & Janice Kelly of Seattle
