Rita "Karen" Pishko (Beddow)

Rita Pishko (Beddow) was born July 2, 1949, to Russell and Esther Beddow in Spokane, Washington.  Rita passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 9th after a 2-year battle with Pancreatic cancer and is now free of pain.

She lived in Liberty Lake with her husband of 37 years and the couple's beloved dog, Sophie, always by their side. Rita was a devout Catholic, selfless in her love for others, and a timeless beauty, always defying age. She led an active lifestyle as an avid snow and water skier, and golfer, she also spent time in a bowling league. 

She is survived by her loving husband, Barry Pishko, sisters Cathy (Eugene) Smith of Apache Junction, Arizona, and Sandy Ludiker of Spokane Valley, Washington, Nephews and Nieces Eugene, Michael, Kimberly, Karen, Brandon, and 10 great nephews and nieces. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed.

Services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 304 S. Adams Rd. Spokane Valley, Washington on Monday, November 28th at 11:00 am.
