Samantha Nicole Cook

Samantha Nicole Cook, age 33, passed away on June 17, 2026, in Rathdrum, Idaho.

Samantha was born in Washington, and grew up in Post Falls, Idaho. She was an incredible artist, poet, writer, and had the best sense of humor. She completed a dental assistant program and was recently baptized at Real Life Church in Post Falls. She often talked about becoming a counselor to help others navigate their life struggles. Samantha’s favorite place to be was at the beach, or anywhere by water. Samantha loved flowers, her daily visits to coffee stands, blasting music, and all Tim Burton movies.

She is survived by her son Tallin Cook, her father Guy Cook, her sister Makayla Cook, her three nieces, nephew, many cousins, aunts, and uncles who loved her dearly, along with her wild but wonderful and very loved cat, Luna Moon.

Samantha will be deeply missed by her many friends, family, and community.
