Sandra St.John-Kelleher

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021 Sandra Lynn St.John-Kelleher, loving wife and
mother, passed away at the age of 67. Sandra was born on June 9,1954, in Valparaiso, Indiana.
In 1997, Sandra Lynn St. John, married Randall D. Kelleher within weeks of meeting
each other in Scottsdale, Arizona. They lived a happy life together for 20-plus years until Randy
passed away suddenly August 27, 2019.
Sandra was passionate about her family, her work, her animals, politics, and different
forms of art. She was always working on a new project. She loved to landscape around her
property. She spent much of her time with her daughters as her soul focus and most important
part of her life.
The Home Based Primary Care program, which has served many veterans over the
years, was started on the ground floor by Sandra. She built it, grew it, and managed, through
her efforts, to give medically fragile veterans the opportunity to have their health care managed
in their homes. She herself was a veteran and served as a nurse in the Navy during the
Vietnam War.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Mary. She is survived by
her daughters, Madison and McKenzie and her many friends.
A service will be held October 28th at 2:30 PM at the Veterans Cemetery in Medical
Lake, Wash. Sandra’s deep and devoted love for those she cared for will live on forever in our
memory of her. She is a beautiful soul who has left an imprint on many lives.
