Scott Davidson

April 9, 1961 — November 15, 2020

Scott Davidson

Sadly, Scott Davidson ended his life here on earth on Nov. 15, 2020, at his home in Hayden, Idaho. Years of difficult health issues and depression became more than he could cope with.

Scott was born on April 9, 1961, to Rudy and Eileen Davidson, in Madison, Ohio. He was an active, creative and sensitive boy growing up. He loved building things out of his imagination using wood, metal or clay. That never changed.

After his mother was widowed, Scott became her handyman and was always available to help her with small projects.

Scott was very clear about his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and would say so at every opportunity. Some may wonder how the faith enters with his choice on suicide. We don’t know, but it does in some way; we will never understand this side of heaven.

Scott is survived by his mother, Eileen Davidson; his brother, Mike of Santa Cruz, Calif. and numerous aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Rudy Davidson.

A small gathering of family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, at Hayden Bible Church.

Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in Scott’s memory.

Revelation 21:3-4

“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying “Behold the tabernacle of God is among men, and he will dwell among them and they shall be His people and God Himself will be among them and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning or crying or pain; the first things have passed away.”
