‘Sho’

May 8, 1992 - March 2, 2019

Shoshannah Hensley a beloved wife, sister, daughter, friend and so much more left our world too soon. On the morning of March 2, 2019 in Post Falls, Idaho Shoshannah lost her battle to depression and went to be with her creator.

Sho attended school in Post Falls, Idaho. She had a passion for music, art, the outdoors and she loved to sing. She sang in the shower, in the car, in front of you at the Walmart checkout line, wherever really! Music just brought Hannah joy! She was truly an expressive soul. She was a spitfire from birth. Her fire for love and life burned deep and if you knew Hannah you surely knew her spirit did too. She was loved by everyone she knew and she was a force to be reckoned with. She loved with every inch of her being and she hurt in the same way.

Hannah was compassionate, selfless and giving. She would give her last penny to someone in need or the shirt off her back if it helped bring someone warmth. She felt people’s pain with such intensity that she often forgot to deal with her own. She was goofy and silly and if for just one second, she could make someone smile, she would try.

Shoshannah is survived by her wife, Trisha Hobbick and their children Bryden,Titan and Emma whose love for her will always be as big as the sky, because it never ends.  Her mother, Lennore Mart. Her sisters, Tiffany Coatney and Michelle Crook. Her brothers Brian, Michael and Seth Hensley. Plus, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Sho had an array of people she considered family. When she spoke about her friends’ children, she would call them her nieces and nephews. She loved all of her friends and family deeply.

Shoshannah’s closest family members will be hosting a memorial for her at Q’emlin Park, 12201 W Parkway Dr. in Post Falls, Idaho on Saturday March 9th at 3:00 PM. This memorial is for all who wish to attend. We will be meeting under the pavilion and doing a special memorial in remembrance of Sho.

We will also be hosting a party in Sho’s name on Saturday, March 16th, 3:00 PM at MIKS, 406 N. 4th St. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This party is only for people 21 years of age or older. We will be having a raffle for a $200 gift certificate from Enzo at Big Boy Tattoo Parlor. Raffle tickets will be sold for $5 at the door (winning ticket drawn at midnight). MIKS will also sell Jell-O shots on this day and proceeds will go to Shoshannah’s services and final resting arrangements.

We would like to take this time to thank everyone for their continued love, support and donations in Hannah’s name. We are overjoyed with the amount of love you all shared with Sho. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
