Sue Miller Hunt Lingle, 54 of Rathdrum, passed away peacefully at the Schneidmiller Hospice House in Hayden, Idaho on Monday January 13, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. Sue was born to Robert and Beverly Miller in Hood River, Oregon on May 20, 1965.

Sue is survived by her husband, William Lingle; sons Wayne Hunt, Christopher Hunt, Evan Hunt; and step-daughter, Kylee Lingle.  Further survived by her Mother, Beverly Miller, and Sister, Jayne Miller Holmes, the Hunt family, Lingle family and other extended relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her Father, Robert Miller.

Sue grew up in White Salmon Washington and attended Columbia High School while living on a farm and apple orchard where her mother and sister still reside.

Sue married William Lingle on June 24, 2017 in the wedding ceremony of her dreams, surrounded by family and friends.

Sue worked for the City of Post Falls as Customer Service and Utility Accounting Specialist for 10 years and recently retired in December 2019.  Sue lived in Rathdrum with her husband Bill and Son, Evan.

A little lady with a very big heart, Sue was a kind and gentle person who organized office gift exchanges and was always willing to help fellow employees and friends. She delighted in her vacations to Vegas. She cherished time spent with her three boys and loved playing Bunco and Bingo with family and friends.  It was never about winning with Sue, but about spending time with those she loved.  She will be missed.

Services celebrating Sue’s life are planned for a later date.
