It is with deep sadness that we have lost, Terry Aurthur Carr, Christmas morning December 25, 2025. He was born November 25, 1943, to Marcelline Carr and Arthur Edwin Carr, whom both preceded him in death. He is at peace now, and Parkinsons no longer has a grip on him. Terry is survived by his loving wife Carole Carr, one son, and three daughters and one stepdaughter. A fourth daughter Terri Elizabeth fought for 3 days before going to meet Jesus. He also has 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Born in Corpus Christie, Texas, growing up in the small-town of Westwood California (population 500). Graduated in 1961 and married his high school sweetheart Elizabeth Schofield. Terry purchased and ran the Phillips 66 gas station on the West side of the Donner Pass. The early Carr family moved to Idaho in 1975 to the thriving metropolis of Post Falls (population 5000). There Terry and Liz bought and ran the Husky Port truck stop in Post Falls. Divorcing and selling in 1981. He was the owner operator of Tri County Tire store in Hayden from approximately 1991 to 2007. In 2009 Terry started dating and eventually married Carole in 2010. They were colleagues and friends for several decades. She is an amazing woman that was by his side always patient and always loving.  Carole's daughter and grand children were an added bonus to an amazing relationship. .....He will be deeply missed.
